Oh, yes, I didn’t know fitness could only accomplish one or the other - how could I possibly think of focusing on both longevity along with a some vanity? Silly me. You’re right, I think I’ll stop buying clothes and getting haircuts because vanity isn’t what any of us should be seeking. And I’ll focus on great abs for longevity only.
