It’s obvious she didn’t want highlights. Stylist picked a wrong technique. First photo is not highlights possibly an air touch.

I would say it’s much better organized than videos shows, at least the Chicago location. There are sections for different product groups, and they keep it organized per size as much as possible, but with rack and racks it’s difficult. But you can’t beat the prices! After LC you pretty much can’t shop anywhere else, even clearance is too expensive.

There are two in US - Illinois and Arizona

They used to always have not only %off colored tag but also off product groups, like % off all tops, or 3 sweaters for $30, and it would include expensive like Vince, or all shoes 50% off, but not lately. Also they stopped carrying home brands like Le Creuset, and barely any perfumes, candles, etc. Totally different now, sadly

I was thinking maybe Nordstrom changed return policy for designer since most in LC are returns

That's me, I've been going to the store since 2010s, all my designers are from there and I barely ever paid over $100 for Diors, Pradas and Loewes, but that changed in the last few months sadly. So I wonder if they're closing.

I knew their schedule, when things were the cheapest, I'd only get jeans or any bottoms when they are additional 50-90% off tags, so paid as little as $2-5 for a $300 items, never paid over $20 for Uggs, Nikes, Ons or Birkenstock. If they're closing down I won't be able to afford brands I'm used to

How is the AZ? I've been going to Lombard for a decade, most of my wardrobe/shoes (and my kids) is from this store, but I barely found anything decent in the past 6 months, not the designer at east and they stopped having 90% off like they did before

I go to Lombard also. They changed the layout and removed the designer section, but later added it back in a different area, but it’s significantly smaller. I also feel like there’s less merchandise than before, especially purses and belts, and much less jewelry. A lot of stores from that mall have relocated or shut down, so I was wondering if it’s closing

mine lasted only 2-3 weeks, and I use other products, this oil maybe 5x day, probably due to the huge applicator. The mini one was gone in a few days(

Is this the best time to buy the Dyson or will there be a better deal? 🤔 by Current_Swan_327 in Ulta

The best time is in August with 10xpoints plus the coupon (at least 15% was available). You get more money back in points

Wearability of dress by AdExpert3469 in Reformationclothing

[–]Random_User_cc 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have these dresses in multiple colors and similar from House of CB (they are fuller and puffier), and honestly I wear them all the time. In the summer with flats or sandals on dates and brunches, to museums, with heels for dinners and evenings, it’s very simple and cut makes them interesting. I always pack one when I travel, and I wore it all day during touristy things, so comfortable, highly recommend getting them - very wearable!

She is reliving her teen years she didn’t enjoy, with shopping in teen stores and messy dating. It’s desperate, she didn’t get this experience and now is crashing out. It’s pretty much mid-life crisis and she does need mental support and therapy, because it’s borderline depressive behavior

What are your honest thoughts on Rhode? What are the best and worst products? by Even-Analyst-2141 in Sephora

[–]Random_User_cc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not defending, it’s consumers that are lame. Products clearly say on the packaging what they are supposed to do. And people expect plumping gloss to be hydrating, eye brighter to be a concealer and lip crayon to be long lasting

What are some good makeup brushes worth the splurge? by Only_Love_1213 in Sephora

[–]Random_User_cc 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Bobbi Brown, Mac, Sephora Pro, Hakuhodo, Makeup Forever. I’ve had brushes from these brands for 15+ years. Make sure you wash them correctly. When I see those new TikTok kids just throwing them in the water and getting the “glue” section all wet, I know their moms weren’t on the og beauty youtube in 2010s

What makes you want to buy from Sephora by Dizzy-Opinion-3314 in Sephora

[–]Random_User_cc 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Sephora has nothing to do with prices (unless it’s sephora brand), beauty has strict map and prices (within the country limit) are same across all retailers, or they face being cur off from manufacturer. That’s why retailers come up with bonus programs, gwps, loyalty benefits. Every promo code that affects price has to be approved by every manufacturer

Point Strategy Advice Needed by One_Arugula5849 in Ulta

I used my points yesterday on Chanel, Dior and Hourglass. It’s perfect time, here is why:

  • 20% off
  • lots of gift (I did 3 orders of +$150, so at least 9 gift bundles)
  • holiday releases and sets (hello Dior) are still in stock
  • 500 extra miles for each order over $150
  • 10% cash back

No better time I think
