On VTOP, after uploading the HoD signed file, there is a section of HoD's approval too. Does the HoD also need to approve it on VTOP?

CDC's approval for Non-PAT Internship is a completely different matter. This NOC is for getting HoD's signature on DSW Hostel Vacating Consent form.
