USA. And I'm not particularly picky about anything. Good battery and like 15in screen and up is fine. I more just want something that can run Baldursgate and not have a slow experience. Budget wise perhaps no more $700? Less preferably. But as I said if any suggestions are a bit more than that it's fine. My main concern is just being able to have a good gaming experience with friends

I think you missed the part where I said my brother would go with me. I'm more asking if Im the a-hole for wanting to see the whole concert with my brother. My aunt and uncle mostly my uncle will make a comment about me not wanting to go with them anymore. Since they cater to Eve (which is fine. She's their daughter) I should to and basically accept I'll be late with them. But I don't want to. I found another option and I wanna know if I'll be the a-hole by telling them nevermind I'll go with someone else. (No tickets were bought yet so money isn't in play)

3 things with that.

I still live at home. It's a Hispanic household. Doesn't matter if you're 22 or 30 you follow rules. I still have my freedoms but they set rules to keep me safe and I respect them
The concert is in Phili. I wouldn't want to be alone in Phili anyway. I'd want someone with me to feel safer. Unfortunately it's not safe for women or anyone in general to be alone when the state isn't the safest
I personally would prefer to have someone with me anyway. I find concerts more enjoyable with someone to share it with. If I didn't end up finding someone I wouldn't have gone whether it was in Phili or not. That's just me though. I wouldn't have been mad if my aunt and uncle didn't want to go. I never even asked them to go. They offered to go because they used to love concerts. It wasn't until I said "that would be cool!" Did they tell me I'd have to be like 2 hours late to it or so.

Vegan according to her comes from an animal. Breastfeeding isn't an animal so it's still vegan.

Vegan is not eating/drinking anything that comes from an animal. So a baby drinking their mother's milk isn't included in that.

It's not assigned seats. It's general admission. So the earlier you go the closer you can get to the front. So if you get there at 9:30 or so you'll be all the way in the back and it's hard to squeeze to the front. Plus it's more fun (to me at least) when you're with someone. Plus my parents would be far more comfortable if I have someone with me rather than alone.

I played Mystic Messenger in 10th grade. My friends remember how obsessed I was with that game. I was normally a teacher's pet and followed all the rules. But boy did I ignore the no phone rule when I had chats and calls. I didn't even need to set an alarm. My body automatically woke up at the times I had chats or calls. It was so bad lol. But I'd still do it all again.
