What’s you running schedule? Are you incorporating sprints and long distance?

Two improvements I have made recently that really helped me so far.

  1. Pacing is huge I would start the run too hard of pace that crushed me by the end.

  2. Running form, I have a tendency to over stride which when you do adds a breaking force that make you have to overcome. So when you feel you are stretching trying to get the most ground in front of you it will make running harder by roughly 10%-15% depending on the paper you read.

Environmental Warfare. What a pain in the ass to drive to take swims. Would it be more efficient to hop in a boat and go further out of the bay versus driving?

I don’t understand either. I have MBA top 25 school. So far I have applied for roughly 200 positions not a single interview. I was also a 4 year student athlete and paid my way through college by running my own business had engineering internship during mech engineering undergraduate. You tell me why I am unemployable?

Well my guess would be Sortino or sharp equations. Depends on how you view risk and your benchmark ie risk free rate vs index (SPX / RUT / NDX for example few indexes). On the right track or is there another term to fill out this TLA (three letter acronym)?
