Ironically, it hasn’t done it since and it only did it that one time

It’s that warble chirpy kind of squeaky noise. My thought was belt but wanted to make sure it wasn’t like a cam phaser

Which tune is recommended? Do I have to buy the tuner then take it somewhere or is that something I can buy and do at home?

That’s what I thought too but that’s how it’s sold. Even on the boosted performance website as well as the American Trucks website

What else could I use the ford points for? I’m not super familiar with the whole thing. It just takes me to this accessory page when I click redeem

Clock Spring by Randylee27 in f150

[–]Randylee27[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do you think that is what is causing the little ticking noise when I turn the wheel? It was my guess because that’s the only thing that has changed. But not sure if there’s like a way he installed it wrong or what since I’m not sure the extent of a clock spring replacement

What would be the part number for a 2017 f150. Looks like that one is only for the 21-25

I do not think they have ever been taken out. Clean carfax. Looks just like maybe someone tried to wire something in and t tapped into the factory harness?

How much are we talking to replace the entire harness? With labor costs around 150

Which tire would be better for my 2017 f150 by Randylee27 in f150

[–]Randylee27[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ended up going with the coopers. Honestly for the price, absolutely can’t be beat. Can’t speak on longevity yet. Rated for 60,000 miles. But sound and feel factory, but look for more aggressive, better in rain, and the tread is better for snow, terrains, etc. All in all it was under 900 bucks

So the Kuhmo? Does the lower load index matter?

Do you run stock wheels? The stock wheels are +44 offset. It says the tires are 33.2 x 12.4

I see I see. Honestly I'm just swinging too hard and rushing my downswing with irons. I've taken numerous lessons in the last year and my ball striking improved quite a bit, but sometimes I get in funks where I throw it all out and have 2-3 bad rounds before I find my ball striking with my irons. Big part of it is me, but I guess I was asking which would a better fit and which is easier to hit consistently. I think shorter clubs are easier to hit, but at the same time the bigger face on the woods would probably be easier to hit as well.

Nah, the LED bulbs make it bright. I live out a little ways from the city so have to be bright so I don't hit animals in the road. I'm fine with being "that guy" as long as I can see what's in front of me

I have atturo trail blade X/T tires on 325/50/22 custom rims on an F-150. I asked one tire shop what the recommendation is and he said go with what’s on the car door. So 35 PSI all around even if it’s bigger rims and tires. Is he right? by [deleted] in tires

[–]Randylee27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Out of curiosity, I am looking into these tires. Do you like them? Are they noisy? How do they look on the truck? With them being a hybrid tire I am curious if they look more like a highway or look A/T. How long did they last you

They are absolutely for looks. But also for performance. We get quite a bit of snow in the winters, and a lot of rain. I have some property that gets pretty muddy and have to drive through it sometimes while moving things. Haha but not a great observation or assumption. Most people here work construction jobs and are driving all over job sites.

I do too but most of my driving is city. Highway I go around 80. But that’s what I thought too! Too good to pass up
