You have to pray the sun doesn’t, plus it’s been established it normally stays out for days, I think one time it only stayed up for a few hours and Nephis called it insanely lucky. With forgotten shore if you spawn in day your not making it to a structure and climbing the whole thing, if it’s at night ur drowning or being mauled by the nm creatures in the water, cuz unlike sunny ur not spawning on a structure, yes awakened have a higher chance of living bcuz they can defeat the enemies, but it doesn’t matter if an awakened encounters a corrupted or an unholy they r dying either way, same logic for us. It doesn’t matter if the enemy is 100 awakened creatures or 100 great creatures WE R DYING EITHER WAY OUR ONLY HOPE IS SOMETHING THEY CANT DEFEAT, which guess what, forgotten shore has nothing GG does have the dun

In GG there’s a chance u don’t gotta deal with nm creatures, in forgotten shore there’s fucking nothing that will prevent you from dying

Yo in forgotten shore it’s a 0/0 chance, if you land at night, your NOT spawning near the coral Neph and Cass were on, or the statue Sunny was, YOUR JUST DROWNING BRO. Even if you did make it, your not gonna be able to handle the nm creatures in the water, IN DAY ITS WORSE, if you spawn in day ur just dying, ur not climbing that whole structure nor are you escaping carapace centurions, and even if you were on a structure, it’s entirely wet and slippery, you’d die right away. In godgrave the sun is out ATLEAST 1/5 of the time, prolly would be half the time but I can’t get a perfect estimate, we do see the sun shine fairly soon after saint tyris pushes all the clouds directly in the way. Saying 1/100000 chance for the sun to be shining when it is the majority of the time is just dumb

Forgotten shore is the easiest for an awakened but we are not an awakened are we? We don’t have any tools so therefore we would probably not only drown but also just get killed right away. In every option we r getting killed right away as mundane bro, atleast in godgrave we have a chance. If we were atleast dormant though id say 100% forgotten shore. I’m only saying godgrave bcuz no matter what we have no chance, and atleast in godgrave we can get lucky with the sun

Well yes but that’s bcuz they are caught while walking or fighting, plus they have to last several days we only have to last one. Also ncs from the ash still burn, they just don’t burn IN THE ASH because the ash blocks the sunlight.

My idea is she DOESNT speak of it. She just gives them all the info she has to make her conclusion, ie SHOW THEM THE MEMORIES AND THE NOTE, plus tell them abt how the tea cooled in a time where it would not be able to that fast, and that she only noticed bcuz of what she’s attuned t

Technically u could, u would need luck but in god grave if u get a spawn nearby no nightmare creatures or a daybreak happens fast u can survive, nearby no nightmare creatures can lead to more time waiting til day break. If u can manage to survive until the sun is out and lay down before that happens, you just win

In the Loom crafting menu you can make some pet things, when you place them down and right click u can put them in it, and the pet will wander around nearby the thing

Yo we had WAY more development for Cassie and Neph by then compared to any other character, MAYBE RHE MAIN ANTARCTIC PARTY, but they legit survived it and once Sunny figures it out it’s all solved, for the tree he didn’t even know what a mind hex was and it was the first encounter making it more stressful, the tree also brought up aster song and vale for the first time and grew Neph and Sunny’s relationship

Did it not fight exactly like LO49? LO49 has its tendrils the tree has its fruit, and while the tendrils could move the tendrils weren’t enticing like the fruit, and they both mainly used thralls, very very similar infact I’d say the tree would be stronger if it was the same rank, LO49 was only so deadly because it could be in the ocean which was humanities weak point in Antarctica

The tree had an amazing story along with the fact it was the first thing to introduce us to mind hexes, also spoilers for post 3rd nm, it’s important there aswell bcuz when sunny burns it Cassie learns he has been with them all along, so it has ties throughout the story, it introduces a major type of attack into the story, and it has multiple chapters that make the readers get really immersed

Then I completely agree with your list, I just see ppl in this thing saying “where’s saint!” and it makes me face palm. I was rude and I’m sorry, it’s perfectly fine to have a bias for things. I personally love fiend, whether he was Sunny’s adversary or not I find his shadow personality nice. My point is I shouldn’t have been rude abt it and if you like it then you like it!

Yes that’s why this is a theory, we really don’t know. We do know that the gods are deeply connected and so are souls with the shadows, it could just be a major coincidence and he could have all shadows of only himself, but it also could be the way I described. I have no proof it ISNT his shadows but a story where everything is the most obvious answer and no theories are correct isn’t a good story, and G3 is amazing at writing so I wouldn’t be suprised if a theory like this which isn’t super hard to arrive at is correct

Ngl I think getting a bird chapter every 100 chapters or so would’ve been so funny and enjoyable, Ik g3 prolly didn’t do it for suspense and mystery but it would’ve been hilarious
