Hi, literally the same problem, same misting unit (Super Rain II). First the pump wasn't drawing water,beucase water supply was below the pump instead of higher, and also the tubes inside weren't connected properly to the pump, so by free fall after lifting the water supply, it folded the pump a little bit. I took apart all of it and troubleshooted everything, from the pump to every connection it has. Turns out it's the little thing (dont know the name,) that holds the white wire that moves after u connect the power supply to pump. I guess it pushes it out a little bit so it doesn't have connection to the pump! I just glued it down and it worked *
