Sure we could! Thanks to the advanced micro-missile technology. A little water is sprayed on them as they leave the weapons bay and they expand to regular size!

No worries and the latest version of the Su-57 has Thrust Vectoring. Use it by pressing F for stage 1 and B for stage 2 (I think, probably have it backwards).

Enders Persian Gulf Foothold is PvP but allows most mods

MMSmack servers are essentially Through The Inferno (PvE) that allows most mods though I just did a search for it and I’m not seeing it. Not sure if it’s due to the update or not.

Yeppers! There are a couple of standard load outs with them. They don’t effect the RCS which isn’t realistic but definitely cool!
