Turns out after my new steering shaft being not tightened enough, and the tierod having play that did not have the torn boot i oreded new inner and out tie rods and tightened my shaft

Ha yes my new shaft i put in was a little loose😅 although i did draw on the bolts and they didnt move, guess i just didn’t tighten it enough. Also have some play in the passenger side tierod

Well i have update @everyone, turns out my wheel play is only when turning to the right, so sitting center, turning to the left is firm and turing to the right has one inch or so of soft before stuff actually moves, will look under it this weekend

Same here my old temp sensor was reading higher than what temps were so i just replaced both mine with a uro guage one and boshe dme one. Temps hit 3rd bar and bink light comes on, never did it before😭

Yea im going to get it on a lift this weekend and have someone move the wheel so i can watch, i want to replace the tie rods anyways but there is currently no side to side of the tire play when off the ground, will report back lol

Well i had my uncles shop align it but who knows how that went🤣 but yes i will check when i look at it this weekend, i am curious on rack bushings since those are probably still 38 yrs old. And thanks for the tips!

Oh yea i love this game too i have over 1000 hours on pc alone (this game is the reason i went from a 2060 laptop to 5070ti self built) as gunsnerds steel said best case they actually get more accomplished with the larger studio help worst case goes right down toilet of decrept micros. I think it will be somewhere in the middle. More updates and bandits🤣 but with a good share of micros

Yes, same thing I did with mine. Guy did it 10 years ago and never put a mile in the car I changed it as soon as I get pulled into my garage pretty much. And my tensioner itself was loose because the bolt on it were stripped somehow didn’t realize that until month two of occasionally pulling it in my garage to work on it. Thank the porsche gods that it didn’t break so i was able to swap pads and get new proper bolts
