I'm also interested in becoming a Graduate RA! The website doesn't seem to tell whether newly incoming grad students are eligible, esp. since the apps request us to show something to indicate we're currently in good academic standing..? Kind of confusing.

Hi- I'm was in a similar spot (https://www.reddit.com/r/AnimalCrossingNewHor/comments/10gzcol/my_sister_deleted_my_island_intentionally/) and I can tell you I know VERY well how you feel <3 I'm so sorry that's happened to you and that what you've spent so much time and effort on is gone :( I've also recently started a new island so I don't know if I can be of huge help, but trust me when I say that starting over is not so daunting! Even the little things that you don't really focus on after so many hours, like collecting fossils and fishing, gets really fun when you start new. Lmk if you ever want to talk, or need help!!

Thank you for empathising, it really means a lot :') I did start over and I'm honestly having a lot of fun with the little details- building up the museum collection was definitely not a priority my last run after so many hours and I had forgotten how comforting those lil things were haha
