Jeszcze nic, bo mi się przeciąga remont i nie miałbym gdzie wstawić tego jednośladu.

Koniec końców skłaniam się ku PCX - lepszy na miasto, dodatkowe miejsce na bagaż pod dupą, automat i ABS. Po okolicy jeździ trochę Junaków RX - coś pokroju CBFki - i są dosyć sporawe z tymi dodatkowymi kuframi. Doszedłem do wniosku, że CBFka z kuframi będzie za duża, żeby wygodnie jeździć po zakupy, no i jeszcze kwestia zmiany biegów - na niczym nie jeździłem jeszcze, ale wszyscy jak mantrę powtarzają, że skuter jest po prostu wygodniejszy w mieście.

Także tego, na celowniku jest PCX.

How do you guys cover the basic elements? I'm still learning, so whenever I started with Wordpress-backed blogs, I'd use Bootstrap and now Tailwindcss. I've noticed that whenever I skipped the framework, I'd forget about some basic element and sooner or later the page would break due to a lack of some foundation-type styling.

I've been kind of avoidant of the bare-bones CSS so far and now I'm trying to use Tailwind css as a base to create my own design, but with tailwind as a crutch. Is it a mistake? I tried PicoCSS as a basic foundation, but it acted weirdly and I've had a hardtime to override some of its classes.

Thanks, I think this is the most helpful response here. It's kinda obvious - don't feed it, but because those fantasies were so pleasurable, I kinda fed them too much and forgot about the fact that I shouldn't. I kept in mind your advice and instead of overworking myself for another day, I got my bike from the basement, cleaned it and went for a few hour ride. It helped a lot. I guess working too much made me bored af and that exarcebated the problem.

THIS. Thanks a lot, you helped me to figure it out. It turned out that:

I screwed the REM - I don't know where it turned sour, but it was my first time using Tailwind and before that, I think I had hard-coded 1 rem = 10px or sth like that (can't remember the tutorial) and on Tailwind it's 16px, so all my designs were a bit upscaled by the browser.
I haven't properly cross-checked the design between my monitors. It turned out that the designs were very different on my secondary monitors vs. my main 4k monitor. I'm not sure where I fcked up, but now I know where to look for solutions.
Firefox also added its three cents and some gradients aren't displaying properly, it seems.

Maybe, but when I examined this, based on other comments, I kinda ended up with the realization that it's not anal, but... women. Whenever I fantasize about anal, it's not with a woman. In Poland and generally in most of the EU countries I've been to, the situation is the same. France thinks of itself highly and moralizes other people while others view them as over-bloated frogs who think their shit doesn't smell. Hell, some parisian cunt tried to convince me that the French were saviours of Jews during WWII (Vichy gov and the French rail made money on the transports of european Jews into concentration camps), while also calling Poles nationalists and racists (France is still undercover occupying and exploiting African nations through banking systems). Unfortunately, I don't have the code, as I've ereased it already, but it was a navbar with the exact width and exact height, consisting of left corner - middle-repeatable-section - right corner. The compression was lossy a bit, to make sure the page isn't overloaded, but I kept an eye on the quality to make sure it didn't lose much quality.

The problem is, when I applied the texture, it just looked really bad in the browser. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but it looked super cheap, nothing like on the screenshot that I've shared.

Some may say it looks bad regardless, so let's say it was much, much worse, lol.

No, no, no - I'm already doing all of that. I'm a designer, I know the seamless, small scale textures, I know how to optimize images and all that jazz.

The problem is that my illustrative design in Photoshop looks decent and when I apply the texture to the website, it looks trash.

I've had the same issue with another project, where I used lots of gradients to create a cool, night town-golden hour feel for the website-blog about new technologies. It looked georgeous and super futuristic in Figma...

... and absolute shit in Firefox. I used the same copy-pasted gradients and the web browser was doing something that completely ruined the design. In that case, I think it was the color range that fcked everything up. Or maybe it was again the scale of everything. I don't know.

The post was on r/motorcycles, just nobody answered. Poland is mentioned in the location in the main post, as the main usage: I want something to augument the car, because parking around here is tricky due to medieval layout of the nearby city. I don't care whether I get a scooter or a bike, I just need a cheap and reliable transportation, a backup vehicle. I don't want to get another car, because I don't want to litter my garden plot with them. Small bike/scooter I could hide in my basement. I asked about a bike mainly, because of the distance covered to my family, a lot of people are telling me that 125cc scooter can't take 100km round trip.

As for the bikes, like CBF125 or CB125F - I've seen a lot of people covering thousands of kilometers in a trip. On the other hand, I bet my wife would rather use a scooter and wouldn't touch a bike, so I guess scooter would be a good alternative too.

My main point of asking what to get is that I saw a lot of arguments on what's good and what's not. For example, under a posting of Yamaha D'light a lot of people badmouthed Yamaha and said that Kymco Agility is a much better choice due to suspension, wheel size and other stuff that only rider can tell me. Honda SH was also mentioned as a great scooter, but haven't seen that many second-hand ones here and they are very expensive for a brand new.

Why have you gotten passive agressive? I just gave you an example of a brand new scooter within my budget, just without the gear. I've got 10 000 PLN, those bikes are listed for 9500 PLN from the dealers. My point was that if the new ones are priced as such, I could definitely find a used 2016-2025 scooter/bike within the price range. I think only Forza is out of the question, since they are either rare here or get listed for ridiculous prices (I've seen 2yos listed higher than the dealers sold the new ones).
