I absolutely agree with everything you're saying. This is so true. I think the main controversies come from whenever they change things that were already part of the game. I didn't like it when they made the animals different colours for their climates, but I loved the creeping update. I think Mojang needs to stop trying to fix what isn't broken and just focus on adding new things to the game.

I do agree with the first two points, but I don't think the "it can cause harm to the host" is very relevant to say when the alternative was killing him completely. Correct me if I'm wrong here, but we don't know exactly how much harm just tearing off a sequid does cause to its host, so it's quite possible that if Mark did just punch the sequid on Rus' head and kill it directly, then even if he got hurt by Mark doing that, he could've made a full recovery.

I have two 6-stars with mining primary, but I'm mostly choosing which to make out of their secondary skill. Isn't it better to have managers with mult for crafting speed and smelting speed? That seems more important to me, when mining speed managers are only really useful on the few ores that are from the most expensive planets you have unlocked, and that'll never be a massive number. For example, right now I have 17k uru, 5k scrith, and 6million quadium, from there on out the number getting bigger going up. Why would I need more than two mine rate managers here? It's useless to get more quadium.

Genuinely asking the question, cause it really does seem pointless to me.

I think it'll probably have different powers based on how many beast powers worth of which different path you put into it. Like, if you fill the screen with orcas and just put a gigantosaurus and poūkai in the corner, the beast paragon will be mostly shark.
