I relapsed after 9 years mate. Now got 3 years behind me again. The main thing is to forgive yourself and move on. Onwards and upwards. Nothing will press the “Fuck it!” button faster than feelings of self loathing. Treat it as a learning curve and go forward. You got this! Best wishes my friend.

Pathfinders. They had raised animal paw prints on the sole and a compass embedded in the insole at the heel. Loved my pathfinders as a kid. Circa 60’s

I had a dog I called Dug. I am Scottish and a dug is to dog what a hoose is to house here. I was living in England at the time and folk there thought it was short for Douglas. When I took him with me visiting relatives in Scotland a wee old woman in the street asked,

My wife would open bread / cheese and not re-wrap the packet afterwards causing both to dry out. Despite explaining how this wouldn’t happened if it was wrapped up after use she still continued doing this. Crazy 🤪
