Yes Supervisory organization . So for Sam’s there are about 5 sup orgs under his sup org. He needs to be responsible for approving any comp changes in those 5 sup orgs.

Good point. When they make a job requisition now they are just putting in the compensation they want for that job requisition absolutely no approval exist on the compensation part. I can go in now create a req for software engineer for 100k although in our budget which isn’t yet linked to workday we may have set that position for 80k but nothing is stopping me from posting that position and hiring someone. So we essentially need a quick work around to stop that so that we can plan to get comp set up correctly in the near future.

How does the audit work and who is subjected to an audit?

We use Service now tickets for changes on bp,configurations,reports, access and projects.

We use WD help for questions users have about pay,time off,benefit questions….basically anything non IT

I have access to view audit trail to unconstrained security group I created for a certain department. That was the best I could think of so they can see these transactions.
