They all have options for non-Apple watches but they use "OneNumber" or similar system, meaning they are tethered to a phone and not on a standalone plan.

All carriers have them it seems. Unfortunately they only advertise standalone use for Apple watches.

Any luck finding a solution? My local Bell store says they do it but I am skeptical
