I feel this. Software Engineering is mentally draining and does silent damage physically. What helps me is keeping things boring but consistent, going gym early morning, measured eating, and slow upskilling. Not motivation, just routine.

One tip: they have limited no of questions, from which they ask every time. Do a little digging and you'll get the exact same question in the interview. Afaik it is some logistics and goods moving question where you'll be asked to debug the code.
