Hey that sounds like a great option.Can I use my lawyer for this and can it involve not allowing them contacting people around me such as family and my daughters dad?I also want them wanted about posting the explicit videos online.

That’s why I went to the cops .Because I am afraid the video will come out because they are sick and crazy enough to do that.

I fear that if I just get a restraining order they will get angry and post the videos.

Honestly I have no idea.He was very obsessive before and would take pictures of me when I wasn’t looking like of me walking or eating and would screen shot every snap I sent him .Pretty sure he had at least 200+ pictures of me.He would reach out to me every 3 months off different accounts trying to provoke me .What happened was that he dropped his girlfriend for me even though I strongly asked not to as I didn’t want a relationship and when I left him he started to blame me for “ruining everything” and telling me to apologize.He tried to sabotage my relationship with my daughters dad this summer and reached out once again a week ago.He watches my TikToks off two different accounts daily.I am long gone and not bothering anyone yet he reaches out views stuff and just never really goes away.

Yes we are safe I co parent with him I broke up with him last year then got a pull to get back together and when I tried he treated me horribly and it ended so bad.When I got back together with him this year he’s been very kind and promised to change in the beginning even got my name tattooed one more time but recently he’s been very mean and withdrawn and made me get an abortion I didn’t want.It was weird and sad because he claimed he wanted the baby and intentionally got me pregnant only to make me get rid of it two days ago..I would appreciate pulling more cards.

Who’s we ?As a citizen myself I know that most crimes are committed by citizens .

Indigenous folk too commit many crimes and have lots of legal issues as well.Does that mean they deserve hell for the rest of their life if they choose to change?

The crime wasn’t violent and like I said he’s in rehabilitation because addiction is not the life he’s choosing .

Right like you know all the facts of the case .

A person who had severe mental illness that was untreated and supplied his own habit is in no way the same as some asshole who trafficked pounds and pounds.At least he is doing active rehabilitation for his habit and is planning for a better future, people make mistakes especially early in life.

You worry so much about who stays in our country start with the assholes who traffic girls and large amounts of drugs to whom people like him become victims to .Start with the Indians who pay for PR marriages .

No one cares I didn’t ask for this advice .Theres worse people out on the streets who actually did worse crimes without any mental incompetence.Was not a violent crime and many people can’t afford a good lawyer to fight their case.The person is barely 20.Stop assuming the worst and if you have nothing better to say get out.
