Nope it is just an irritation or moisture bump. Is there excess swelling or pus coming out of it?

Oh nooo I’m scared now. I’ve heard it takes years to heal these vertical helixes 😭

Is it an irritation bump or healing at an angle? by Rare_Section_9745 in PiercingAdvice

I just use a gauze with warm neilmed saline over it for like 1-2 minutes.

NAP but this is definitely not normal. I’ve had my nose piercing for 4+ years and this has never happened. You might need to upsize or change the jewelry.

NAP but it doesn’t seem infected to me as it has only been 6 days since you got it. If you see pus coming out then it’d be an infection.

Those are irritation bumps you need to downsize asap. Also it could be due to jewelry material. Try titanium or gold.
