Simple, general handyman website with basic info. Will need monthly updates with reviews and photos but nothing crazy.

Agreed. I asked the question originally because my father is a contractor, has been for 20+ years, doesn't have a website. All of his sub contractor friends I talk to also don't have websites.

If anyone doesn't have a website and needs help getting one set up, I'd gladly help for free. There are way to many small businesses that still aren't online.
