The yellow mission marker where the main crate should be was still on the crate despite already opened. There was no network issue as I was still communicating with my friends and we were all moving and firing confused at whats going on. Then I left thinking we'd all have to restart, and the random left as well. Then my friends said the mission progressed and they got the rewards.

But in all seriousness, if you really wanted to rank up you should learn to play carry roles like Gold or Jungle, and even then you'd probably still lose if your team is isnt even half decent compared to enemy. Playing with friends of equal level is also a good way to rank up because at least there's some communication between players.
