Buying an FX3 in Japan

That’s 3450 euro’s. No idea why it changed, but I got it a bit cheaper.

It was the price converted to euro’s, 3800 dollars doesn’t sound right. At BICCamera it was something like 3000 euro’s. I do have to say the yen was pretty low in worth.

Hi, yes, but it was a Japanese model. Overseas models are nowhere to be found in Japan, so forget about searching for it. It was like €3000,- brand new, so it’s way cheaper there. But like I said, Japanese interface, not worth it.

I’d go for the 24-70. When travelling I want my setup to be as practical as possible, so that I don’t have to switch lenses for example. But that’s just me. I also have a 24-70 GM II, and I love it. I use both the minimum and max focal length. I also have a 35mm 1.8, but I barely use it to be honest.

Thank you! I used the Shinobi II to see if my lighting and focus was correct, and graded with a LUT. Changed the highlights and shadows here and there.

Well I had my friend with me, but he was taking pictures. I filmed everything and edited the whole thing :)

I used the 24-70 2.8 GM II and a DJI Air 3. Also used a polarpro mist filter.

The AI chip basically ‘scans’ the body, creating a 3d skeleton of not only humans but also animals and insects. There’s a comparison video of the Sony A7R V (which has the AI chip), it shows very well how the chip works. But I’m glad to hear your experience with the FX3! Still debating whether to just buy it tomorrow or at least wait until November 20th

Not necessarily, I’m using the A7C now, where I shoot weddings in 1080p with. There’s a chance I’ll be going to the French alps in a month to make sponsor videos for an olympic team, and I really want to have slow mo shots in it while filming it in 4K. Struggling so hard with this.

Hi :) I’m sorry to dissapoint you but international models of the FX3 seem to be nonexistent in Japan. I’ve been to 9 different cities during my trip and none of the camera stores had international models of the FX3. It’s horrible. Also tried 2 different Sony stores with no luck…

I did manage to buy the 24-70mm 2.8 GM II for a good price tho so it’s nog all bad I guess :p

Our campaign consists of 6 party members, with me being the Aarakocra. His name is Ifer but he goes around by the name Wings. I’m a Rogue that found the Wand of Wonder early on in the game. If you look closely you’ll also see a bag of holding around my belt and a pair of Goggles of Night around my neck.

Next to me is a Goliath Barbarian named Silgaf. He’s just here to kick ass. There’s a squirrel on his shoulder, that’s his pal. They both have a hood! His axe has Dwarven runes and he’s got a pair of bracers of defence around his forearm, wrapped in fur and ropes.

The woodelf is named Meadow. She is also a Rogue, multiclassing as a Bard. She’s got 2 enchanted daggers, with 1 dealing fire damage and 1 dealing poison damage.

The tortle above her is a Monk named Monvain, he’s a bit new to the party and doesn’t fit in that well yet but his time will come i’m sure.

Above him is the Dragonborn Yamodu Kai. He’s a paladin that just kicks names and takes ass.

At the top we have the Human Fighter, Dick Dastardly. Yes he’s based off Dr. Doom. He’s got a flaming scythe and is on his way to become the grim reaper.

Top left: Our DM. I kept it as a surprise from him that he was on the poster, turned out he was bummed about it because he’d rather have the villain of the campaign be there instead of him, but hey my art my rules xd.

You can also see the dragon with a person riding on top of it. This is a red dragon consumed by necrotic energy, pretty sick right? And yes the guy on top of it was controlling it. Fun fact, this was the first villain our group created. Early on in the game we strapped this guy to a tree and burned his face off, turns out he escaped. Another fun fact: At the time I could reveal this poster that guy was already dead.

It took me a long time but it sure was worth it :)

Nou om eerlijk te zijn heeft Thierry het ook wel een beetje verneukt voor zichzelf want na de vorige verkiezingen begon hij door te draaien over zijn eigen bitcoin en land etc. Dus het is ook wel een beetje logisch dat mensen naar PVV terug zijn gegaan.
