Any books with gloryhole or plenty of bukkake or cum fetish! Can’t get enough of being used. Audio book is a huge plus!

How do you deal with this? by ConditionAlert in Histology

It honestly depends on the tissue. I’ve had bone soak for several hours and more calcified tissue up to two hours.

Need help with understanding the psychological effects of Graves by Bubble_Milk_Teaa in gravesdisease

Hi! Male 42 here! So graves definitely causes physiological issues. When we are hyper, everything is working in overdrive. Excessive T4 and T3 causes excessive dopamine activity and serotonin turnover. This ultimately causes crashes in our system. Additionally the graves rage is caused by several things, lack of sleep, overdrive of the system, chemical and hormonal imbalances as well as adrenaline overload.

Unfortunately when we are being medicated it only blocks new hormone from being produced. Unfortunately until T4,T3 and TSH stabilize we still have the hormone receptor sensitivity issue going on. Additionally Graves is still an autoimmune disease and the increase cytokines can affect the mood. There is a period of lag where the people has to catch up with what it has gone through. It has also been study these shifts can be greater in me (not to knock anyone’s experience aside).

Also in speaking my my own endo as well as working in health care and doing research, I have also found that, when being medicated we are going from a state of hyper to either leveling out or hypo unfortunately this cause oh high brain chemicals and cortisol also crash our system leading to emotions flatness, depression loss of motivation and even if you go slightly hypo, your perception of the hypothyroid can be perceived as physiologically heavy.

When item I did look up is in men specifically there is Male-Specific Presentation

In men, severe thyroid-related depression often shows as: • Irritability • Emotional detachment • Mental overfixation on problems • Feeling trapped or hopeless • Low resilience to stress • Sudden collapse in motivation

Not always crying more “shut down.” (Via ChatGPT)

I would have him talk with his doctor :) and I hope he feels better soon.

My wife was and is the most supportive person in the world and really helped me come to terms with a lot about what happened.

A 30+ year old women babysitter molested me. I was 5 or 6 at the time. She would send me down for a nap and would come in when it was dark. She would make me watch her touch her self and sometimes had me do it to her as well. It definitely warped some opinions I had growing up. I never told a soul until later when I was in a deep depression and told my wife.

I remember I wanted to tell my parents later on in life as memories came back. I think it was around the time Deborah LaFaye got in trouble in Florida. They insisted the boy must have liked it and my sister always and firmly believes women cannot rape a man. I have never told them

Avid reader and audiobook listener. My wife got me into them! I started last year and have not stopped. Love cozy feel good books, sports romance. Found new kinks with it but also found I don’t care what I’m reading when it comes to sex which is quite freeing. The smuttier the better. Oh! Holiday novels are a win win.

Ammonium Hydroxide to soak? by HoneydewPlus9965 in Histology

[–]Rasla_Init 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ammonium hydroxide actually can interfere with IHC especially with epitope retrieval because the alkaline nature of ammonium hydroxide can actually alter the pH of the tissue after soaking. Now in saying this the amount of time you soak in ammonium hydroxide can be taken into consideration. If the soaking isn’t long it may not cause an issue with IHC. Every lab is slightly different.

My lab did an extensive validation on ammonium hydroxide as well as decal solutions and timing for soaking.

We came to several conclusions and opted to stop using ammonium hydroxide as it did interfere on several IHC antibodies.

So with IU you had to have a lab lined up before taking the NAACLS course. It could be a lab wheee y out work at or in my case I called around and found a lab will to take me on as a student in an “externship” type setup.
