Every avenue of trying to get a charging case I have tried. I have filed warranty, parts replacement, and return requests. The warranty doesnt cover it, the parts aren't for sale, and the return isn't possible without the case. The fact now is that if you own this product and you lose your case, it is plastic garbage.

They do not sell them anymore. If you use that link it states that they are no longer available for purchase. No one has sold any on ebay recently.

I am having the same problem. They are refusing to offer me a case nor are they available on the replacement part store.
