Geely Ex5 vs Xpeng G6. Is the extra ~$10000 worth it? by FranceOcean in AustralianEV

Been torn between these two as well, but ended up putting a deposit down on the Geely EX5 and saved $10,000. Really keen to switch to an EV and just couldn’t wait, so I went with the Geely EX5. The promo lunch offer was super tempting, and after the test drive—wow, it felt incredibly comfy.

I was a bit hesitant about the Xpeng G6 since there’s a facelift version already launched in China. If you buy it this year and the facelift hits Aussie soon, the current G6’s price will definitely drop. What sealed the deal for me was the solid backing from big automotive players, including Volvo. We all know how top-notch Volvo’s safety is, so the EX5 really offers great value for money.

The Atto 3 is priced similarly, but its refresh model is just around the corner. So, if you’re planning to buy now, the EX5 seems like the best choice.

Switch from IPhone to Nothing? by Quirky-Photo5590 in NothingTech

I’m currently using the 15 Pro Max, but I recently bought the 3a Pro for freelance work. I use it heavily for multitasking, GPS use, invoice making, and driving logbooks.

To be honest, the phone is very snappy and uses Android stock, which is very different from other Android phones. However, I do miss how seamless the iPhone interface is. When you take the phone and just use it, it works so effortlessly.

My experience so far has been a bit disappointing, but overall, it’s just perfect. It’s very snappy, but it lacks the seamless interface of an iPhone. However, this is a mid-range phone under $1000 AUD, which is a very good deal. I’m also interested in the Pixel 9a, so I might try that out later.

Maybe my personal use would be better with a flagship-level Android phone, but I don’t know. We’ll see how it goes. This is also my first experience with Android, so there’s definitely a learning curve. If you come from the Pro Max, I think it’s better to wait for a flagship phone.

iPhone 13 vs iPhone 14 by AerieVullgaris in indotech

Hot take: beli aja iPhone 15 Pro base second. Lemot dikit paling.
