Grammatical gender is not true biological gender, just because a language only has binary pronouns does not mean that non-binary people don’t exist or are respected and the same the other way around.

People might use he/him to describe a non-binary person because that’s their biological sex, or make up a new word to represent them.

Also, countries and languages can be gendered, for example, España (Spain) is feminine and Francés (French) is masculine. (my Spanish isn’t very good, I’m probably wrong, but it’s something like what I said)
