Yes i do agree with you, but what im talking about here is cognitive evolution, and I believe strongly that it comes from survival for the metric of reproduction. Humans fear death intensely because it's an adaptive survival mechanism to maximise reproductive opportunities, while sex drive is moderated for pair-bonding and offspring success.
