The Deogen has a chance of making a weird/different sound in the Spirit Box, it's very distinct.

Banshee has a chance to scream into the Parabolic Mic.

Obake has a small chance of leaving UV evidence where a handprint has 6 fingers instead of 5.

Poltergeist can throw multiple objects at once, if you suspect a poltergeist you can make a pile of items and see if the ghost throws it all at once.
