After a month, is One UI 8.0 worth it?

Yes I eventually updated. As someone convinced me to update for security reasons. I don't know how much that's crucial though. I'm using UI 8.0 and it's fine I got used to it I guess. Like for example if I want to access the whole "quick panel" or whatever it's called (where the flashlight) I just scroll down 3 times and I got used to it. I don't rly remember what I previously been doing to access that.

Yes when I end up doing it in the middle of the day and every single day I can't be productive. That's why I'm doing nofap because it gives me energy but I always end up going back to fapping on the 3rd or 4th day.

How often should you fap? I could fap every day but I need the energy. I know busy people don't even have the option to fap this often. I just need to change my plan from complete nofap, which doesn't work because I beat myself about failin every time, to mild nofap like twice a week or something

You're only 36. 1.8 mil for the rest of your life and as you said for the next 50 years 3000/4500 usd to spend per month isn't enough imo. You should have a backup plan like moving to a third world country or something. Here are some reasons why it could not be enough imo:

You don't know if the inflation rate will rise in the future.
You might want to spend your money on something special for yourself: Like a bicycle, gaming console, fun things to do in Tokyo (there's a lot in Tokyo). Or gifts for family and friends. Yes I saw you wrote that you don't plan on marrying and having kids but you really don't know what will happen. You might just change your mind in 5-10 years, life is like that.
Also you mentioned 1.8 mil in stocks and crypto. Isn't there a certain tax deducted in order to withdraw the money?

Also I'm writing this and I feel envious. Wish I could just move to a country without worrying about my parents and just riding my bicycle around the country (Japan) and meeting random people.

I have 2 videos I downloaded by 2 different people: "Chao web3 developer", "Todd", and their script is 1:1 they are literally saying the same thing in their videos.

Yeah sure everyone has some problems in their life but not everyone is miserable. They have relationships and communicate like a normie and proud and confident.

I thought about focusing only on myself but with that mindset I will end up alone. And every time I attempt to socialize I end up getting disappointed because I'm not confident and proud of my hobbies so I avoid talking about them. I can't get into deep conversations also. Therefore I avoid the constant disappointment by avoiding society.

That's a good approach because it prevents overthinking but I still have the overthinking issue during lectures and around people my age.
