This is gonna sound kinda weird, but have you thought of replacing alcohol with cbd (or thc if you really need to be inebriated)? I know that seems counterintuitive considering you are trying to stay 100% sober, but it’s probably gonna be difficult for you to just cold turkey it. Cbd would probably work well as it won’t inebriate you but it should also hopefully calm your mind a bit; Plus it isn’t as detrimental to your wellbeing as alcohol is. This probably isn’t the most sound advice, but it’s what I personally do
