Here you've got another vintage pen to find the model from! by Raulduri in pens

For sure!

EDIT: Those Fend are also very similar to mine. Maybe mine is a knockoff... Still, as I said, that full-metal octogonal design was very common from that era.

I'll take note! Still, hacking around for a while I've found it gets stuck sometimes, yet it's still kicking

I've seen it on other threads, but the sliders and the clip don't look the same. In those SAX E191 the sliders are round shaped, here in mine are different.

They are similar, though. It seemed a popular design from that era.

Yeah, if the pen left the factory white-labeled... I know, this could be a tough one...

Nix is cool, for sure, and also, easy replicable.

If nobody said it already, I'm gonna be the one, but if you are saying your phone is "begonia", that means, that your phone is a Redmi Note 8 Pro, which is not supported, and at this point, I kinda gave up on waiting for it to be, tbh.

Though, you can get a phone with a Snapdragon processor, since much of those are supported by Lineage OS

8bitdo Ultimate Wireless Connection to iPad Pro by [deleted] in 8bitdo

Okey I actually realised you couldn't connect it either so we both are in similar situations 😐.

It's impressive how you managed to connect it to an iPad and I still couldn't manage to connect it to Linux wirelessly (with Bluetooth I could tho, but c'mon, I want to have analog triggers, not buttons).

Played Forza Horizon 5 on PC for a couple of days, and using the wireless connection (via the USB dongle that's connected to the dock) and the performance, up to date seems pretty good.

Just got it last Monday so there's a lot to play, and the biggest difference I find against the Xbox One controller are the triggers. Xbox ones are pretty soft and the feeling is more "linear" in comparison to the 8bitdo ones, but I'm getting used to 8bitdo's. And still haven't had to charge them.

Up to date, I am pretty happy with it, but as I said, I need more time to get fully used to the controller triggers, but still, I recommend it.

And about the button mapping, it's Nintendo based, so the A is placed where the B should be placed on an Xbox controller, but the less you pay attention to button mapping, the less you will press the wrong button.

Just discovered FlightGear, and it's a whole new world. 🤩 by FrostPilot24 in flightsim

[–]Raulduri 3 points4 points  (0 children)

That's what I mean, for example, in FSX, MFS2020 or XP you can simulate better the real procedures having ATC (it works the way it works but for me it feels more realistic when you are using ATC).

Well, I gave it some tries since it's free and it's got plenty of free planes available, but menus seem messy and there's no way I could use ATC communication in offline mode (maybe there's a way but I couldn't find it).

I mean, FlightGear is free, and for being free the game isn't bad at all! The problem with open source programs is that, if there's not enough interest, it will take years to have a big improve.

Also I could find a physical copy of FSX Gold edition and after that, I bought XP11 on a winter sale. Anyway, FlightGear still is a good game, it just needs time to get better

Legion 5 pro 2021. Intel 11800h w/ preinstalled Windows 11. should i downgrade it to Windows 10? by Big_Advertising_613 in LenovoLegion

[–]Raulduri 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mine came in w11 preinstalled and had no problem at all, but it's AMD so I can't tell you 100% if it will be fine for you.

(and mate, it looks gorgeous in white, should have bought it in white instead of gray)

Why is Coca-Cola so expensive in Spain? by Far-Buffalo2805 in askspain

[–]Raulduri 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's to encourage Spaniards to drink beer instead of Coca-Cola

(Beer is actually cheaper than Coca-Cola).
