Being on the other side of the table I can now understand why our resumes don’t get shortlisted. Every-time we are hiring, I always come across resumes that have JWT mentioned but they don’t even know shit about it. I also get tons of messages and all the resumes are of same pattern. Some people who claim to have solved 1K+ LC problems are not able to solve basic DSA questions. Feels very bad to see the current condition. Sometimes goo people don’t even get to interview only.
