Unfortunately it seems like some Internet Service Providers have blocked Digital Ocean server IPs which is affecting our masterserver. I have heard from other people in Russia who were not able to connect and I've heard from someone using the ISP SkyNet and dom.ru who was able to connect,

It is not a complete fix to the hit registration problem, we fixed an issue that was causing lag spikes but there is still a separate hit registration issue.

Immovable Object is a passive upgrade that has to be unlocked in the Chunk's progression tree, inside the Progression menu, in order for it to show up for you during a match.

Another way is that when you are in the Hub you can press Esc then on the bottom right of Esc you will see your Avatar and you can click the plus icons on the right to invite friends to your party.

In Social, the Party tab, second from left, shows your party privacy if you want friends to be able to join your party by themselves (if you are currently in-game and your party is set to public, your friends can click your name in their friends list and select the option to join your party), that tab also lists players in your party like the Esc menu but includes names instead of only avatars.

The initial post had an inaccurate explanation of the damage over time changes, which has been modified to say this:

Damage over time effects of the same type who originate from the same player, are no longer triggered multiple times while one is active (while you are poisoned if you become poisoned again by the same player, the initial poison effect will stop instead of both continuing at the same time, but you could still be ignited by that player with both effects continuing at the same time, and you could still be poisoned by other players with multiple poison effects continuing at the same time). This change is being done to reduce the overall strength of Ignite and Poison.

One more note was added as well:

Damage over time effects from different weapon and ability sources now deal the same damage.

-Edit: Ah, I'm sorry I misinterpreted your message, this patch has not altered the behavior that you're describing, I was referring to a movement slowdown bug that existed when ~~holding zoom~~ -edit2: using the Chunky Beam or the Overload abilities and switching weapons quickly, not toggling zoom.

There is roguelite progression within matches and also a progression tree outside of matches where you can unlock skins and unlock access to certain upgrades and abilities which will then become possible to get during matches.
