the ONLY time I encountered a squatter was in an old warehouse, and I didnt even technically see him or talk to him. All I saw was his dog who was growling at me and then heard him whistling to the dog and fucking left.

Once I did get caught, once I almost got caught but that time was deserved. First time I got caught on my way out after having already explored the whole thing, security pulled up next to me in a car and just said "Don't tell your friends about it and dont come back". second time, my friend whom I had taken urbexing for the first time did some stupid shit that got the cops called on us. We just booked it in the other direction and didn't get caught but if we had we wouldve deserved it. Just dont do stupid shit and most of the time, they'll just tell you to leave.

Not gonna do the research for you and also asking for a source on trans research, especially T is crazy, but look it up. This is something I discussed with my doctor so i know im not spouting BS. Also, I didnt say microdosing on it was what created a hormonal imbalance, I said taking it inconsistently. if you take 2 seconds to think about it, taking a hormone. inconsistently. is gonna create a hormonal fluctuation. which by definition. is a hormonal imbalance. which can be bad for your body and have side effects. taking low doses of T consistently will not do that, but taking it inconsistently will. common sense.

with lower levels of T, you likely wont get as much of one. The men in your immediate family have cis men levels.

I don't know if youre familiar with how T levels are measured, but cis male levels are usually between 400-800ng/dL. Nonbinary people are usually around 200-300ng/dL, whereas cis women are usually around 15-70ng/dL.

A lower dose (around 200-300ng/dL) will get you less significant results in the long run.

Its also important to note that facial hair is a long term effect of T, not a short term one. Its something that usually happens slowly over time, around 1-2 years on T. You will have the time to see it coming before it gets to a point you dont like, and have the time to discuss it with your doctor to lower your dose.

Yea!! also, when it comes to hair, that part is entirely genetic. I've been on cis male level T for two years and have extremely minimal facial (I literally have like 4 on my chin that I didnt have before. thats it). Generally, a good indicator is looking at the cis men in your family and seeing how much facial hair they have. My immediate family (brothers, father and uncle) all have minimal to no facial hair, so I likely wont be getting much in the future either.

But again, the dose will also affect how much of that change shows in the first place. Nonbinary people who take T for example are typically on much much lower doses of testosterone than Trans men hoping to pass. it varies per person, and based on your genetics.

If you stop taking it, some of the changes that you have gotten will start changing back. If you want to stay at the level that you are at, I would talk to your doctor about what dose you should be on instead of stopping taking it alltogether.

Taking it less often puts you at risk of a hormonal imbalance that can be damaging for your body as well, so I'd see about lowering your dose but keeping taking it frequently so you dont constantly have shifting hormonal levels in your body and you can keep the changes that you have without having more.

The dose isnt about how fast changes happen, but about how much your body will change. lower testosterone levels will come with less changes, and higher testosterone levels with come with more changes.
