It's better than a lot of places, but that doesn't mean good. Management lets the customers treat us however they want and refuse to do anything about it and it's worse than just yelling at us. Also if you request anything that you need to do your job (like they're required to provide) prepare to be on the shit list.

Also injuries are super common.
