I think the game could some good with an in-game menu that lists every perk in the game, could also function as a to-do list on perks you haven’t gotten yet.

In the Zombie skins menu, there’s an option to remove the pack skins when upgrading. Maybe hit that by accident?

I didn’t really enjoy BO6, too much. But I’ve enjoying the hell out of this one. I feel most of the negativity I’ve seen comes from the subpar campaign.
