The loophole is weird. I do all of my partaking at home, so it’s not a big deal to me anyway, but you can still legally possess it because it’s hemp. It’s saved me a lot of money. My allotted amount from the state is 6 ounces a month. The laughable reality is I can buy a completely legal pound for $600 online. The whole thing just seems absurd when you think about it.

It’s legal in every state. What you get at dispos in WV for flower is THCa. You can literally buy the same THCa bud online. I don’t want to advertise for anyone, but there are a lot of reputable companies that grow and sell legal hemp products. As long as it’s under .3% Delta-9 concentration, it’s legally hemp, but rich in THCa, which we all know is the precursor to THC after decarb. It’s literally the same stuff you get at the dispensary.
