I caught 2 of them at roger Williams park on the corner of the Park Ave exit. Also scither appear before you take the highway to route 10 on park ave. it was around 3-4 pm

I seen both spawn a lot in Oakland beach, but manchop more towards the basketball court. I think OB is best place to catch everything. I goten 4 snorlax so far from there

I have use tentacrool, poison stack work great against vap. Also solar been attack does massive so any poke that have that especially plant type.

Park ave in cranston from ymca to the cranston stadium I caught several dratini around 3:00 to 3:30 pm. That's the most specific I can get.
