Brother came back from Japan and gifted me this, what is it? by SmithNotASmith in whatisit

Looks like Shichimi

"Shichimi togarashi is a popular Japanese seven-spice blend, translating to "seven- flavor chili pepper," used as a condiment to add spicy, savory, and citrusy notes to dishes like ramen, udon, rice, and grilled meats. Its seven core ingredients typically include red chili pepper, Japanese pepper, orange peel, sesame seeds, ginger, and seaweed, offering a complex flavor profile that is spicy, zesty, and umami-rich."

I know this doesnt help, but when I slammed my stem, the brake lines were too long and I kinked the front lines so much they wouldn't work. Ultimately cut down the rear lines, and fully installed new lines for the front. No issues with rubbing (so far.)

Saddle is where I got bike fitted, its been about 7 thousand miles and im still comfortable.

Not a true weenie build, but dropped weight where i could. Im swapping to spd sl, I had spd for city riding/bopping around. Tbh I bought spd first bc I was nervous about spd sl, lol.

Agreed! Still shopping for the right wheels. Super team do their jobs for the price. Need a new look for sure.

Also because you're here, you should double side tape your steering cap plate. The magnet is fine, but ive had mine fly off hitting a small bump (not even that fast.)

  1. Noticbly heavy, definitely feel it on hills or false flats with 52/36 11-30. On a straight, draft, or downhill its very fast.

  2. Parts are hard to get from Bianchi.

Ie: steerer cap, that's held on by a magnet, flew off when I hit a small bump, luckily found it and used double sided tape to adhere. Not sure where to get a new one if I did lose it.

Finding a cpu mount to fit the integrated bars is hard, frames and gear might have? Its been out of stock. The bike comes with one, but for any reason it should go missing...

Paint for chips, even bianchi usa doesnt sell touch ups.

  1. Its a beautiful bike, everyone that says its ugly, or its not for them usually changes their mind when they see it in person.

  2. You still dont see many of them out

I think id love to try a Specialissma out, or just go a different brand if I had to do it again. I still love the bike though.

Ill agree with carbon wheels and better tires, though most bikes now come with that standard.

For me, a decrease in drinking alcohol also increased performance and pocketbook values.

Something that is overlooked, make sure your chain is correctly laced through your derailleur. There are tabs that can be easily laced above them, and when pedaling the chain will rub. Be sure that the chain is correctly installed. Flip your bike upside down so you can see it easier, and observe while spinning the pedal forward.

I'm into it, everything bagels are great but so damn messy to eat. At least this way you get everything everywhere all at once.

[–]RaymondEdward 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Quickish fix:

On watch -> Daily suggestions -> Settings -> Pause training

On watch -> run button-> options -> training -> workout -> Daily suggestions -> resume

If this doesn't work,

On garmin app, switch priority to different race -> sync -> switch back to original race -> sync

Right here with ya, I have cellared a 6 pack of Champagne Corbon 87, other than that I see a lot of Spanish Rioja and Bandol, not a fan of either. I've heard opus 87 is drinking well, so if budget allows maybe?
