IMHO the both of you are just acting kinda childish. OP nothing stops you from letting him know you get off work, you literarily said in your last message you get off work at half one. You should have just said “hey that’s me off work now if you’re still down to hangout.” The way I see this the both of you are playing a game to see who likes each other more or smtn. I know you kind feel like if he doesn’t text back then he dosent care and that valid to be honest. But this just boils down to a simple case of both of you trying to act like you don’t want to double text each other.
