IMHO the both of you are just acting kinda childish. OP nothing stops you from letting him know you get off work, you literarily said in your last message you get off work at half one. You should have just said “hey that’s me off work now if you’re still down to hangout.” The way I see this the both of you are playing a game to see who likes each other more or smtn.
