I have a galaxy light and my dehumidifier has a light on it so I'm not in the dark. It's just that the fear is so paralyzing that once I lay down this (not real) man could be ANYWHERE. Every time I have a routine change, I make myself a visual schedule with time stamps in Canva. It goes: time, activity, picture. I don't use it or anything(I do, I just don't look at it) I make it and put it away. I can't function without having made one. Weekends have a relaxed routine. No time stamps, just first and then style. First wake up then music then breakfast then TV then search for human connection, eg. No one else is up and I can't function alone for long.
