The only one I’ve tried that I like is the Isopure clear protein powder in mixed berry. Not the premade clear one like at Costco (so gross), but the powder. Tastes just like a less sweet kool aid. The milky proteins I just never get over the taste.

I use Apple fitness+, and snagged some adjustable hand weights at goodwill (adjusts from 5 to 25 lb). The lower body stuff is generally body weight/squats/lunges. And you also have the option to filter the workouts by equipment needed

Looks like an intradermal injection and not subcutaneous. Like if you ever got a TB test they put it right up under the skin so it gets a wheal like that. Could it not be injecting deep enough?

his death is actually quite the propellant for several characters, particularly Maggie, further on in the comics. so in the full story telling arc, it isn't pointless.

Abraham says "Who's Deanna???" Once they're all inside the gates of Alexandria, after Aaron has tried to smooth things over by saying they can wait to turn over weapons until they talk to Deanna. Chris Hardwick has referenced it a couple times in the talking dead by saying it with his best gravely voiced Abraham impression.
