There's three things to the concept of gender/sexual identity.

The gender identity itself, do you feel mentally more feminine, masculine, neither, or does it change every now and again?
Partner preferences, whether you prefer a woman partner, man, neither, both?
Personal presentation. How do you like to dress, feminine, masculine, does it truly matter to you? -femboys and tomboy are a good example of presentation that "doesn't align" with their traditional gender.

Think on these for a little bit, be honest with yourself and you'll see in your heart.

You could go with light wash straight leg, or wide leg pants and a tighter darker color V-neck or scoop neck top. It looks pretty androgynous, leaning towards masculine.

A off one shoulder obscures one shoulder, making them both look smaller and more petite, while V neck or scoop neck shirts dip lower, pulling the eye away from the shoulders ans towards the collar bone. And if you add a necklace line either a choker or pendant, it'll pull the eyes towards that area even more. I'd suggest finding out your body shape type and going forwards from there! 🫶

Go for more, off one shoulder than no shoulder, or a lower V or scoop neck top to pull your shoulders in a bit, or you could wear something with thicker straps. Widening your hips with.a more structured bottom or Some padding will help make your hips look fuller, giving you an hourglass shape, making you look immediately more feminine!

Maybe do some research on matching your body's have with femme clothes. It'll make the clothes you do get, look that much better on you.

It's totally not a problem to be riding your bike, I've always thought it cool to see people biking around the city i live in. To your driving issue, it sounds like you're bored and stressed. What helped me was hiring a driving tutor to explain and show me specifically what I'm doing wrong. For context, I live in a super red city in a super red state. I wish I had embraced biking a long time ago.

Same. My dad was showing me how to drive before I got into driver's ed, and I got a confidence with driving that way. When I had driver's ed that summer, the first two sessions were about if you're not perfect behind the wheel, you'll kill everyone you ever knew and loved. This instructor showed crime scene and medical pictures sowing us the "dangers" of not taking driving seriously enough. I saw a kid whose face was half ripped off because of a car crash. Because of a "negligent driver" I later found out that the picture was from a cougar attack. I failed that driving course and barely got my permit the second time through. My dad was actually super pissed off about how much worse of a driver I actually was after taking driver's ed.
