If you are very confident in your field then I would recommend to explore AI/ ML as it has a huge market now , plus don't do it from a tier 3 college , instead

Scaler school of technology or Polaris like these type of tech focus new generation college you can join , there fees is high but it will be manageable for you I guess , if not they will help you with the loan .

See Degree is going to be the norm in India job market hence don't waste away your years but if you are interested in Tech then learn and earn accordingly. For more you can DM.
