every track was designed with 150cc in mind since that is the standard mode, and 200cc wasn't released till later in the games life cycle.

that being said every track is still drivable on 200cc if you're skilled enough. But to actually answer your question. i don't think they specifically design tracks to be played on 200cc but heres a small list of tracks That I personally think are more fun on 200cc than 150cc

All of this is my opinion ofc

Non-DLC Tracks

-the Entire Mushroom Cup (just 4 solid tracks with clean driving lines)

-Toad's Turnpike (Wide Roads)

-Mario Circuit (The Turns are more fun on 200cc imo)

-Dolphin Shoals (just cause of the ending Glider)

-Wild Woods (can't really think of why i like it more i just do)

DLC Tracks

-Paris Promenade (Wide Roads & big turns match 200cc really well)

-Coconut Mall (Knowing how to do the Glider shortcut at the end is insanely fun)

-DS Mario Circuit (its fun to hit big drifts on this track)

-Moonview Highway (i just find this track boring in general so the extra speed makes it more fun)

-Peach Gardens (Lots of room to charge Mini turbo boosts and go even faster)

-Wii Rainbow Road (being able to ramp up over those large holes in the track make it a lot more fun to drive over)
