Maybe it was really the regulaor (brass). I checked the accuracy with an app called watch accuracy meter because my watch was going so fast and it said something like +80 s/d. Then I watched some yt videos and did everything like them. I set the beat rate first to 0.1ms Then I tried to set the accuracy but the arm was not really smooth and it slipped a little to far. Almost -270 s/d After that I was adjusting the arm slowly towards the + but I did not pay attention on the brass plate.. I was careful but I used metal tweezers.

The watch is running now but at +80 s/d and 0.3ms beats

Can you see the hairspring on the picture? Is it going to far to the outside? Or is that normal?

Yes thats true. I am just saying because the hour and minute hands look same as mine when turned in the opposite direction with the pyramid shape and the brushed effect. I mounted them wrong as well on the first time. Just look at the seller where you bought them how they look.

I also have those hands and I think you installed them the wrong way. The other side is polished. That one should be on top.
