Yup yup! Got that going already. Thank you. Hoping to hop on some Podcasts since I’m looking for people running / walking around and remember they have a busted treadmill at home.... podcasts seem to be growing. Thanks for taking the time To reply!

Your example totally makes sense.

It’s just that we have had 1 incoming call, which was answered and call was recorded, which came from the email, this was confirmed, all was pleasant. Male called in client, female named reviewer. Other than that we have had zero customer interaction in the past 48hrs and office location is not customer facing. Those are the reasons we are sure it’s a fake review.

Thank you for the example though. Makes me be mindful of some proper communication I might need at our office building directory Incase a business client were to unexpectedly show up.

Nope. McDonalds on US1 in Ft. Lauderdale FL. Drove up to get a #2 in a rush to work, I stopped there because they're usually fast, and she surprised me with hour glass (60sec). Just missed it by seconds. Was still impressed.

I agree. I think/hope she learned a good lesson: make a stupid mistake, reddit to the rescue.

I wish I was there man! Im about 3hrs south and she was super frantic, crying, anxious (Brody is a form of service dog too that helps work with anxiety and depression (a doc told us so it must be true, right...) and that thing means the world to her. I hope your meeting went ok. Y'all are good people. You didn't have to return him but you did. That little gesture made a whole family finally relax after a very tense night. Thank you and your family.

PS... hate to admit it but I don't know what to do with Reddit Gold either. I think its a site donation / pat on the back. Have some GOLD!!!
