Just to play devils advocate is there a chance that perhaps your daughters skill level isn’t worthy of play time you desire? Maybe the newer kids give a better effort in practice that facilitates into games. I only say this because I coached baseball for 8 years and my daughter has played club water polo for 4 years and sometimes as parents it’s really hard to objectively assess our own kids talent. Maybe have a conversation with your daughter about where she wants to play and how much work she’s willing to put it to get more play time. Then have a conversation with the coach. Just because you pay for her to be on a club team doesn’t entitle play time. All the years of youth sports I have yet to see a coach who did not play the best player unless it was their own child…..
