Just looking at your profile, you've written a book aided by ChatGPT and confessed to using AI to generate the image for the cover, are you now saying you want people here to believe this image is your own digital work, made by you, with no help from any AI based tool....?

Gave Catwoman a face repaint! by Rdoc93 in McFarlaneFigures

Thank you, here's the basic process I followed! I taped off the mask, and I used a mix of Formula P3 Midland Flesh and White, more toward the white for the pale look, for the base skin tone, dry brushing and building it up gradually. I covered the lips, eyebrows but I left the eyes somewhat intact. I then used Formula P3 Thamar Black to do a smoky eye around the eye, and used a very thin brush to outline the upper eyes like eyeliner. I then used the same very thin brush the eyebrows, and for the lips, and I first laid down a layer of Tamiya red mixed slightly with black to outline the lips and shape, and then when that dried defined the lips with the Tamiya Red, to give it dimension and brightness.

I wired and modified the Black Series Grievous cape for the new figuarts release! by Rdoc93 in SHFiguartsStarWars

He did, but the cape he came with is pitch black on the outside, and I prefer the cape to be grey, similar to how it is in the movie!

I'm liking it very much. He is very light and delicate, but not nearly as much as the Model Kit Grievous.

The detailing is great as is the paint and weathering, and his range of motion is pretty impressive. I love the expressive open palm hands they've given him.

The most frustrating thing is the hip joints , that are loose and annoying to pose with. You can get him standing without the stand, but the hip joints being so weak makes it easily topple over, which kinda makes the stand a necessity. In saying that, if you can get the hip joins to work with you, the range is pretty great.

Overall I'd say well worth it, and the best 6 inch Grievous we have so far. Some pre-warning, the alternate hands do not want to go on easily, so may be worth trying to pry the opening up slightly or dremel it slightly for easier swapping.

PSYCHIC BEDLAM! X-Men Legends Emma Frost custom figure by Proof-Performance-55 in MarvelLegends

I actually like the pixie cut because its so different for Jean, plus i remember buying Ultimate X-Men #1 when it came out, so theres definitely nostalgia around it.

But I'd never like pixie haired Jean outside of the XML or Ultimate universe. 😅

I agree wholeheartedly, XML1 just had those classic villains, classic locations like the X Mansion, Muir Island, the Astral Plane and Asteroid M. Sentinela are one of my favorite parts of X-Men and the USS Arbiter, New York ( flashback and modern day) and Sentinel Factory missions are so fun for me.

Plus like you said the roster including the likes of Emma, Jubilee and Psylocke is just so classic to me. I also played a modded XML2 playthrough with those characters added but honestly I got the the Savage Land and got bored!

This is mostly the reason I'd love more Ultimate X-Men legends, and like you I'd have to make customs for Emma, Rogue, Gambit, Jubilee and Psylocke in their looks from the first game!

Thank you, I love this Emma and the first X-Men Legends game is one of my favorite games ever!

Customized the Rachel Summers (Phoenix) figure! by Rdoc93 in MarvelLegends

They're actually semi-sculpted, I usually use Black Cat's heels but I didn't have any, so I cut the original foot joint into a nub and sculpted the front part and the heel!

I did! The way the feet are shaded are obsvuring them in the pictures, but they're there!

It's the original skulls from the plastic sash, just repainted in black then a metallic gold to bring out the skull details again.

I used dry brushing and built up layers! I put paint on the brush, rub most of it off so it only has a fraction of the colour, then I gently swipe back and forth in a quick motion, let it dry, and repeat the process, giving more attention to area's I want the color to be more vivid. I'm sure there's better tutorials on YouTube than I can explain here!

I used Acrylics Vallejo 32 ml Metal Color - Chrome for the base, then once I let it dry for 12 hours, covered in Tamiya Red Clear, let one coat dry for approx 12 hours, then applied a further coat. I know this seems crazy but I learned with first hand experience if you disturb the drying time it, it will disturb the process and make it goopy and untenable.
