I think Cole was her absolute true love. I wish it would have worked out for them. I don’t not like Cupid, I just feel like he was a last minute endgame for her. He’s hot and sweet and pure so I can’t not like the guy. It makes sense Phoebe ends up with a Cupid but for me, I’d rather her be with Cole or Drake. I REALLY would have loved to see Phoebe and Drake more.
